Zornitza Family Estate

Amazing wine country resort! Such natural beauty, surrounded by vineyards, lakes, all green and just wonderful. Luxury room suite with garden, fireplace, so tastefully decorated. Sipping espresso in the mornings while enjoying the sun peaking from above the vineyards. Gourmet food, lovely, lovely people, staff, taking care of the customers. The best wines at Zornitza! Sauna and spa very relaxing, outdoors and indoors. Paradise. Definitely the place to be, heal, relax, enjoy life. Needs to be 5 stars!

This is my second stay in the property for this year. I was delighted when I visited few months back and decided to come again, this time invited friends to join and had spoken with them about how great this place is in terms of service, nature, food, etc. Unfortunately this time the service was disappointing and here are few points: very short presentation of the property and the facilities when we arrived (on our first visit we received a lot of interesting information about the farm, the local produce, the wine yards, etc, but not this time), basically almost nothing was shared with us. We asked to get a golf car and have a tour around the property - it was very short, 10-15 min, it seemed the driver/tour was under pressure and was not doing it with pleasure and rushed us through the trip. When we were checking-out at around 12, there was nobody at reception. We waited for 20+ minutes for someone to take care about our check-out process. Somehow the service has degraded in past few months - this is my overall impression.
